Location : Calicut
Salary : 15k +
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Communicates with Clients.
- Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times and planning .
- Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
- Assists in planning and arranging events.
- Manages reception area and looks after visitors
- Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
- Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents.
- Presentation of information regarding about the firm to the clients.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Presentation skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
