We are hiring Cafe Manager!!!!
Location: Wayanad
Salary: 20K - 30K
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, training and supervising cafe staff.
- Prepare weekly work schedule for staff.
- Find suitable replacement of staff if needed.
- Receiving delivered cafe supplies and verifying that the correct items and quantities have been delivered.
- Suggesting new menu item based on customer preference and feedback.
- Identify strategy to retain and attract customers.
- Ensure all cafe areas are clean and tidy.
- Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Qualifications: bachelor's degree
- Proven management experience in hospitality/hotel industry.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate team.
