Responsibilities:
Lead, with full end to end accountability, the Grocery Home Shopping/E-commerce channel.
Create and lead the digital Online strategy to successful implementation, maximising customer lifetime value.
Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance
Work wth the marketing team or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
Directing the activities of Software Developers, Copywriters, and Graphic Designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.
Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures.
Requirements:
Extensive experience as an E-Commerce Manager/Head.
Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
Understanding and experience in, UX, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Google Analytics
Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC ,SEO, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels
Exceptional consulting and quality assurance abilities.
